I loved the miniature horses and donkeys, and saw a lot of Jack Russell terriers. The temperatures were bearable since the event was located in the tall pines. I enjoyed meeting and talking with everyone, snapping photos, and hanging out!

Shingletown Fun Day 2007
Saturday, August 4 was Shingletown Fun Day, where dozens of crafters and community groups meet at the Shingletown Volunteer Fire Department to show their wares. There were civil war re-enactments, singers, and tasty food. I wanted to spend more time roaming around but was fastened to my Michelle Mahood Photography booth!! I had many visitors who had been married a long time -- one couple almost 50 years!
