Photographing The Ten

Saturday's assignment was a departure from nuptials and a chance to photograph the farmstead of longtime (17-year) couple Dan and Marilyn. Crispy skies, old barns, and shimmering blue waters obliged. Six cats trailed after as I hiked the property. A visual feast. "Evening Country" and "Essays from the Ten" by Dan Thomas were published about this paradise and it was as delightful to shoot as it is to read about.
